The EXTEND training is the introduction to classic 1:1 lash extensions with Nouveau Lashes. It combines technical basics, product understanding and guided practice for classic 1:1 sets.
Participants learn how to assess natural lashes, select suitable extensions and responsibly build classic 1:1 sets. The further qualification path is summarized below.

Nouveau Lashes combines structured training, technically grounded methods and professional product systems. The training not only teaches the technical application, but also safe work processes, advice and the responsible use of natural lashes.
The training is aimed at beginners and existing Lash Artists who want to align their work with an established system. It builds on a professional product range and further training opportunities without losing sight of the responsible use of natural lashes.

The professional result of the 1:1 technology
In the EXTEND training you will learn how to professionally plan and implement classic 1:1 lash extensions. This includes analyzing the natural lashes and eye shape, selecting length, curl and thickness as well as precise isolation and application.
Extensions are selected and applied so that weight, alignment and spacing are controlled. The styling is individually adapted to the initial situation and the desired result.
The before/after shot shows how analysis, product selection and technical execution work together in a professional 1:1 set.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
Training content
The EXTEND training combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with practice-oriented training. It teaches the essential technical and practical skills for professional, classic 1:1 lash extensions.
The morning focuses on Theory, demonstration and preparation. In the afternoon, the participants implement what they have learned on their own model under guidance.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
Your practice model
For the practical part of the EXTEND training, you will bring your own model. Before the training day, please ensure that the model meets the following requirements.
- The model does not wear mascara on the training day.
- Existing lash extensions must be completely removed.
- There must be no recent lash lift treatment.
- Before treatment, possible contraindications must be checked.
- The model can arrive with the participant and leave again after completion.
- Contact lens wearers bring suitable storage or glasses with them.
AFTER TRAINING
Your path after training
The EXTEND training is the introduction to the professional Nouveau Lashes system. After successful completion, certification, product access and further support from the Academy follow.

After the training, you will submit 3-5 documented papers. After successful testing, the official Nouveau Lashes certificate will be issued.
Product access
After successful qualification, you will receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes product range.

As long as you work with Nouveau Lashes products, the Academy will support you with professional advice, product support, application support, further training, new treatment techniques and product innovations.
Training and Academy support is available in German, English, French, Italian and Russian.

Do you already have a certificate for lash extensions? Then you do not have to complete the EXTEND training again.
Register in the UNEW Shop and send us a copy of your existing lash extension certificate. After checking your documents, you will receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes products and can order them online.

Is the EXTEND training suitable for beginners?
Yes. The training is suitable for beginners without previous knowledge of lash extensions.
What content is taught in the training?
The training covers, among other things, hygiene, occupational safety, anatomy of the eye and natural lashes, advice, contraindications, product knowledge, lash mapping, selection of curl, length and strength, isolation and the classic 1:1 application.
How does the training day work?

I have already completed lash extension training. Do I have to take the entire course again?
No. If you already have an lash extension certificate, you can register in the UNEW Shop and submit a copy of the certificate. After checking the documents, qualified professionals receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes products.
What happens if I have to cancel the training?
Up to 30 calendar days before the date, 100% of the training price will be refunded. Up to 15 calendar days before the appointment, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled less than 15 calendar days before the appointment, no refund will be given. In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, the booked amount will be charged in full. A replacement participant can be provided that all requirements are met and UNEW agrees in advance in writing. UNEW can postpone training dates for important reasons, in particular illness, too few participants, delivery problems, loss of a trainer, official requirements or force majeure.
