The Russian Volume training is a further volume lash extension for certified users who have completed basic EXTEND training or experienced Lash Artists with a certificate.
Participants learn how to safely and systematically implement handmade volume fans, lash styling and client-specific volume looks in the Nouveau Lashes system.

Nouveau Lashes combines structured training, technically grounded methods and professional product systems. The training not only teaches the technical application, but also safe work processes, advice and the responsible use of natural lashes.
The training is aimed at already certified Lash Artists who want to align their work with an established system. It builds on a professional product range and further training opportunities without losing sight of the responsible use of natural lashes.
RUSSIAN VOLUME RESULTS
The professional result of the volume technique
In the Russian Volume training you will learn how to plan and implement volume lash extensions professionally. This includes the analysis of natural lashes and eye shape, lash styling, controlled volume fans as well as precise isolation and application.
Volume fans are constructed and installed so that weight, orientation and spacing are controlled. The styling is individually adapted to the initial situation and the desired result.
The before/after shot shows how analysis, fan technique and technical execution work together in a professional volume set.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
Training content
The Russian Volume training combines theoretical and practical modules. It teaches professional and practical skills for professional volume lash extensions.
The participants will deepen fan technique, lash styling, safe application and individual adaptation to natural lashes, eye shape and desired look.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
Your practice model
For the practical part of the Russian Volume training, you bring your own model with you if this is required for the booked training date. Before the training day, please ensure that the model meets the following requirements.
- The model does not wear mascara on the training day.
- Existing lash extensions must be completely removed.
- There must be no recent lash lift treatment.
- Before treatment, possible contraindications must be checked.
- The model can arrive with the participant and leave again after completion.
- Contact lens wearers bring suitable storage or glasses with them.

Your path after training
The Russian Volume training expands the professional Nouveau Lashes system for certified Lash Artists. After successful completion, certification, product access and further support from the Academy follow.

After the training, you will submit approximately 5 documented papers. After successful testing, the official Nouveau Lashes certificate will be issued.
Product access
After successful qualification, you will receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes product range.

As long as you work with Nouveau Lashes products, the Academy will support you with professional advice, product support, application support, further training, new treatment techniques and product innovations.
Training and Academy support is available in German, English, French, Italian and Russian.

Register in the UNEW Shop and send us a copy of your existing lash extension certificate. After checking your documents, you will receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes products and can order them online.

Is the Russian Volume training suitable for beginners?
No. The training is aimed at certified users who have completed Basic EXTEND training or experienced Lash Artists with a certificate.
What content is taught in the training?
The training covers, among other things, the creation of handmade volume fans, fan techniques, lash styling, client-specific volume looks, lash mapping, isolation, safe application and the responsible use of natural lashes.
How does the training day work?
The Russian Volume training consists of theoretical and practical modules. The practical work takes place under the guidance of certified trainers.
Do I have to bring my own model?
Yes. For the practical part, you should bring your own suitable model if this is required for the booked training date.
What requirements does my model have to meet?

Will I continue to receive support after the training?
Yes. As long as you work with Nouveau Lashes products, the Academy will support you with technical advice, product support, application support and further training.

German, English, French, Italian and Russian.
I have already completed lash extension training. Can I request product access?
Yes. If you already have an lash extension certificate, you can register in the UNEW Shop and submit a copy of the certificate. After checking the documents, qualified professionals receive access to the professional Nouveau Lashes products.
What happens if I have to cancel the training?
Up to 30 calendar days before the date, 100% of the training price will be refunded. Up to 15 calendar days before the appointment, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled less than 15 calendar days before the appointment, no refund will be given. In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, the booked amount will be charged in full. A replacement participant can be provided that all requirements are met and UNEW agrees in advance in writing. UNEW can postpone training dates for important reasons, in particular illness, too few participants, delivery problems, loss of a trainer, official requirements or force majeure.
